There are two types of entrepreneurs.

The ones who HOPE to get the results…
and those who track, measure, and set extremely realistic, sustainable, and executable goals.

But for a moment, let’s talk about goal setting. Far too many people do this thing of hope-setting. They say ‘I’m going to make 200,000 this year, and yet, they

Don’t have a clear way of getting there (strategy)
They don’t have the right tools and guidance of getting there (tactics)
They don’t have the right metrics in place to track on daily and weekly basis.

This is why it is so extremely important to know what needs to happen every day, in order to reach your goal in 10 years. Most people don’t think like that, but let me give you an example of what this looks like.

Now how does that happen?


This year, I want to have 140k in profits…

That means I need to generate 240k in revenue…

That means, I need to have about 24 clients in my year-long program…

That means, if I do 6 launches, I have to enroll 4 clients every other month. …

That means, with 1.5% conversion rate, I have to have 266 people registered into every launch event…

That means, if I do a 4 week registration push before each registration, I have to get 66 people registered during those weeks….

That means, if I am working 5 days a week, I have to get 13 people registered every single day..

That means, with a 10% conversion rate (it usually is higher but for the sake of clarity), I have to send out 130 invitations to register every day…

That means, with a rate of one text invitation in 30 seconds, I need to spend 65 minutes sending those invitation, 5 days a week, 4 weeks before each event...

Similarly, you can reverse engineer every single goal like that!
